The Support Group Ready-State is for companies that have transitioned (or in the process of moving) to a new platform and still need periodic access to historical information and/or to respond to potential regulatory, legal or compliance audits.
Through The Support Group's Ready State Legacy Support, your organization can store your platform with The Support Group at our data center in Austin, TX.
For a low annual fee, your system will be prepared, validated, operationally tested, and then cocooned in a ready-system state. At anytime during your annual agreement, authorized users may request access (based on your security requirements).
The Support Group system administrators will boot, load and verify application software. You'll have the peace of mind knowing that within (4) four hours of your formal request, your HP3000 or VAX will be up and running with Modem/ VPN / Internet access to your authorized users. And for an additional cost, you can have access to the data available continuously.
The Support Group Ready-State Support Includes:
Timely processing of requests (based on SLA)
Access and system management boot sequence and availability services for any version of MPE/iX or OpenVMS / VMS programs and data
Complete end-to-end service with minimal involvement from your IT staff
Hardware housed at The Support Group data center.
SLA Performance / Availability guarantee
Quarterly The Support Group system check / boot. (verification of system operation) included in annual rate

The Support Group Legacy Ready-State Support is available to our customers, Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. CST. English language only. (Additional hours and language support available at additional cost)
